In order to structure the right PresSTORE product and licensing mix for your needs we will need some basic information on your environment.

SERVERS:
How many Mac, Windows, or Linux servers do you need to backup? Please specify OS type and version (e.g, Mac OS X 10.4.11 or Windows XP 64-bit).
Are you using a SAN solution? If so what type?
How much TOTAL data are you moving for backup?
Are you pulling all back to one central location (e.g., head end or data center)?
CLIENTS:
How many (if any) workstations/portables are you backing up?
TAPE:
What are the specifications of your tape solution (if any), including model, number of SCSI or fibre channel drives, number of slots, and media type (e.g., LTO3, LTO4)?
Do you need assistance selecting a tape automation product?
DISK:
Are you backing up to disk, and if so what type and size?
Are you interested in a disk-to-disk (D2D) or disk-to-disk-to-tape (D2D2T) solution?
ARCHIVING:
Are you planning to Archive as well as Backup? If so please provide details.
MAINTENANCE:
Archiware will extend a customer a 1-year software update service if the customer signs and returns the PresSTORE Software Update Agreement within 3 months of the purchase. After 1 year, continuing maintenance is 15% of the original purchase price. If the SUA is NOT completed, further updates are full-price. Please indicate if you would like software maintenance for year 2 or beyond.
INSTALLATION:
Macprofessionals provides professional field services to assist customers with the setup and configuration of PresSTORE and their associated equipment. Typical installation including setup and knowledge transfer is 2-days. Please indicate if you would like a quote for installation services. Services are optional.
